2. La Serre
When you walk into La Serre, you’ll be greeted by a luxuriant and vibrant open-air greenhouse, which makes sense since La Serre translates to “The Greenhouse.” The newest Fulton Market restaurant will have you open-eyed from the scenery to the mouthwatering food.

3. Tre Dita
Tre Dita and Bar Tre Dita are now open at The St. Regis Chicago, and you need to make a reservation asap. A collaboration between award-winning Chef Evan Funke and Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, Tre Dita marks the Los Angeles-based chef’s first Chicago restaurant. Italian for “three fingers,” Tre Dita is a nod to the precise thickness of a properly cut bistecca Fiorentina, which the “cucina Toscana” serves from its open-hearth, wood-fired grill, along with handmade pasta and more.
Located on the second floor of The St. Regis Chicago, the restaurant offers sweeping views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago River in Chicago’s Lakeshore East. It draws inspiration from many areas within Tuscany, and the menu highlights Antipasti and Insalati, traditional, handmade Tuscan pasta, specialties cooked on the wood-fired grill, and steaks.

4. Fioretta
One of the best new restaurants in Chicago, this Italian American Steakhouse has a sumptuous atmosphere reminiscent of a new-age Copacabana. 5. Sushi | Bar
The popular omakase-style speakeasy concept opened to fanfare in Austin, Texas, in 2020 and was named one of Miami’s hottest new restaurants upon opening in the Esmé Miami Beach Hotel, Florida, in 2022. 6. Yokocho
Another spot in Fulton Market, however, unlike the grandiose Fioretta, Yokocho is a nestled hideaway. Inspired by the enchanting allure of traditional Japanese alley bars, the restaurant will transport patrons to the vibrant Tokoyo nightlife.

7. Boonie’s Filipino Restaurant
