Experience open‑air house music by the lake this June. For a lakefront pick during Chicago’s 2026 festival season, Lakeshore Arts & Music Festival weekend brings housemusic to Lincoln Park with curated DJ sets, immersive art, food vendors, and brand activations across two days. On Friday, June 19, headliners include Elderbrook, Mindchatter, ARLO, and AR/CO. On Saturday, June 20, don’t miss D.O.D., Hills, Dave Summer, and Welker. Chicago Pride Fest comes back June 20–21 with two full days of music, performances, and culture on Halsted. Headliners include Willa Ford, MNEK, and a collaborative set called “GAG,” plus RuPaul’s Drag Race stars and many local acts.

If you’re expanding your summer concert plans beyond Chicago proper, Aurora’s RiverEdge Park reopens on June 20 with the Blues on the Fox festival featuring Trombone Shorty and Ally Venable. The renovated park expanded capacity to 7,500 and will host a summer lineup including Cheap Trick, The Beach Boys, UB40 and more.

Michelada Fest 2026 in Chicago will feature headliners Sean Paul, Jhayco, and Latin Mafia, plus over a dozen other musical acts, local food and drink vendors, carnival rides, and brand activations.

Colombian pop sensation Karol G is bringing her world tour to Soldier Field for one night only on July 24, making Chicago the first U.S. stop of the tour. ARC Music Festival returns to Union Park for four days of house and electronic music from September 4–7, 2026, featuring international acts like Carl Craig, Meduza, Underworld and Chicago legends such as Honey Dijon and Derrick Carter. The festival will include four stages, art activations, food and merch, plus after-dark sets around the city.
