Free chicky nugs, people!
Fast food calories don’t count if the meal is free — right? Because this Friday, April 24, Wendy’s is giving away free four-packs of chicken nuggets to anyone that pulls up to the drive thru. Worrrth it.
In their latest promotion, dubbed “GroupNug”, the fast food chain is offering four-packs of crispy or spicy nuggets on the house — no purchase necessary.

The offer begins at 10:30 a.m. Friday for drive-thru or mobile orders, and is limited to one four-pack per vehicle.
“Stop by any participating Wendy’s Friday, April 24th for a FREE 4 PC Nug. You can get it spicy or crispy. With all you’re dealing with right now, you definitely deserve a Nug—or four,” the chain wrote on their website.
Wendy’s isn’t the only fast food chain to offer freebies during the lockdown. Last week Taco Bell held a taco giveaway, while McDonald’s are offering free “Thank You” meals to first responders and healthcare workers on May 5.

If you need a sweet chaser, try your hand at making some magical churros provided by Disneyland’s official recipe. Or, better yet, get a curbside pick-up order from Miko’s Italian Ice, re-opening this Friday, April 24, in Irving Square and Logan Park, for a tasty cool treat!
