Thanksgiving is officially here! And if you still don’t know your plans tomorrow, don’t worry. Save yourself the hassle this year and head to a restaurant for a delicious festive feast! We gathered up some of our favorite restaurants serving Thanksgiving dinner in Chicago on the big day and other places where they’ll make a go-meal Thanksgiving meal for you.
1. Lure Fishbar
While Lure Fishbar is usually a decorated sushi restaurant, it will offer a special pre-fixed Thanksgiving menu this year. For appetizers, patrons can choose between Fall Squash Soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and creme fraiche or Chicories & Roasted Pear Salad made with endive, stilton bleu, toasted walnuts, and maple vinaigrette.
For entrees, patrons can choose from Thanksgiving Day Roasted Turkey with chestnut-sage stuffings, mashed sweet potato, cranberries, and gravy; Skatewing Grenobloise with crispy fried brussel sprouts, shallot, and baby carrots; Grilled Filet Mignon ($10 supplement) with wilted swiss chard, caramelized cipollinis, black truffle oil; and Pumpkin Ravioli with sage brown butter and parmigiano reggiano.
Dessert options include Toasted Pecan Pie with spiced rum caramel and vanilla bean ice cream or Pumpkin Pie with cinnamon chantilly cream.

2. The Godfrey Hotel
The Godfrey Hotel will celebrate Thanksgiving with a special Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet. The buffet will include a carving station, salad bar, dessert bar, and more.

3. Fioretta
Fioretta, recently named on our best new restaurants in Chicago list, will celebrate Thanksgiving this year with an a la carte dinner menu featuring Slow Roasted Prime Rib and Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey. Dinner will be served on Thursday, November 23rd, from 2 pm to 8 pm.

4. The Florentine
The Florentine’s Thanksgiving Day Prix Fixe menu will feature A choice between Salad Heirloom kale salad or Soup Pumpkin soup for the starters. The main will be a Herb Crusted Heritage Turkey Breast truffle turkey leg rillette, smoked turkey gravy, and cranberry sauce.
The sides will feature Sourdough Stuffing sausage, Beef and ginger Candied Yams, Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes, and Crisp Roasted Brussels Sprouts. For dessert, they will have Michigan Honey Apple Crisp vanilla gelato.

5. The Smith
One of the best Chicago restaurants for Thanksgiving dinner is The Smith. The restaurant will have a special three-course prix fixe menu featuring a choice of turkey three ways—roasted breast, braised leg, or turkey pot pie, along with other options for non-turkey lovers.
Diners will be able to indulge in a handful of dishes such as butternut squash soup with ginger-apple crème fraîche, spiced pepitas, ricotta gnocchi truffle cream, turkey leg osso buco with jalapeño cheddar grits, pickled cranberries, turkey jus, turkey pot pie, and more.

6. Shula’s Steak House
Nestled inside the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, Shula’s Steak House’s Thanksgiving dinner will burst with fresh ingredients and unforgettable flavors. Diners can feast on the Grand Thanksgiving Platter complete with Cider Brined Roast Turkey, Pork Sausage and Apple Stuffing, Potato Mousse, Herb Roasted Baby Carrots, Orange Cranberry Sauce, and Reduced Pan Gravy. Before digging in, guests can whet their appetites with an Artisan breadboard featuring salted butter, cranberry herb butter, and pumpkin jam.
Save room for desserts such as Chicago Deep Dish Pumpkin Pie, Maple Pecan Pie, or Bananas Foster Cheesecake. The Thanksgiving dinner is priced at $51 per person, plus there are a la carte add-on options for $12 per dish, such as Wild Mushroom Bisque, Whipped Sweet Potatoes, and Roast Spaghetti Squash.

7. Truluck’s
Are you traveling on Thanksgiving this year? Located right by O’hare, Truluck, in addition to their regular menu of delicious seafood entrees, will offer a traditional three-course Thanksgiving feast of turkey with everyone’s favorite sides and a selection of desserts.
The 3-course Thanksgiving menu will spice up your traditional holiday, complete with the delicious treasures of the sea—Florida Stone Crab claws. Truluck’s is famous for their delectable Carrot Cake. Still, dessert lovers will be tempted this year by the addition of a new dessert: Pumpkin Spice Mousse Cheesecake made with Brown Sugar Whipped Cream, Pecan-Gingersnap Crumble, and gingersnap Crust ($12/slice or $70/whole/8 slices).

8. River Roast
Join River Roast, a Chicago restaurant, for Thanksgiving dinner with every traditional dish you would typically crave. The menu starts with a Welcome Board filled with charcuterie and cheese with Assorted Rolls. Followed by a salad course with Squash and Arugula Salad.
Lastly, a main course of Herb Brined and roasted Turkey Breast, Herb Gravy and orange Cranberry Sauce, Carrots and dirt, Turkey Stuffing, Mac and cheese, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and Whipped Yukon Potatoes. However, every meal is finished with dessert, Carrot Cake, and Pumpkin Pie.

On Thanksgiving Day, spend the holiday dining out at Ritz-Carlton Chicago’s Torali either for brunch or dinner. Available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Torali’s unique brunch options include Turkey and waffles, Pumpkin Cranberry Scones, Pecan Pie Bear Claws, Pumpkin Spiced Pancakes, and many more selections.
The dinner menu is elegantly prepared with hearty dishes such as fire-roasted apple salads, rosemary-roasted turkey, spiced lamb meatballs, Italian sausage, and navy bean soup. Save room for dessert with sweets by pastry chef Toni Roberts, including Citrus Tiramisu, Raspberry Swirl Cannoli, and more. RPM Italian will be open on Thanksgiving Day, serving a three-course meal with an Italian twist. Offerings include Local Turkey Breast, Butternut Squash Tortelloni, and an array of holiday accompaniments, including Imported Burrata, Aged Parmesan Risotto, Delicata Squash, and Preserved Fruit Stuffing.

11. Di Pescara
This year, Di Pescara is combining fresh favorites from land and sea to complete a sensational Thanksgiving meal. The Thanksgiving On A Bun is coming back to R.J. Grunts! This festive burger is piled high with roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mayo on a buttery toasted ciabatta bun. It also comes with gravy, cottage fries, and pickles. The Thanksgiving On A Bun is available for dine-in and carryout. RJ Grunts is closed on Thanksgiving Day.

13. Bloom
Bloom Plant-Based Kitchen from James Beard-nominated Chef Rodolfo Cuadros is your vegan option for this year’s Thanksgiving spread. Bloom offers a four-course to-go package for this year’s holiday.
