According to Fox6, city officials anticipate that minor earthwork will start the week of July 13. Active construction is expected to take place throughout August until the building is completed.
The Oak Creek Buc-ee’s will feature a 73,370-square-foot store and a fueling plaza with 120 gas pumps, including 20 electric vehicle charging stations. The announcement referred to this project as “one of the most anticipated commercial developments in Wisconsin.”
The chain, which is known for its beaver mascot, is aiming for an early 2027 opening as it progresses through the approval process in Oak Creek. It’s located on the southwest corner of Interstate 94 and Elm Road.
