Lamb Ragu Mafaldine Pasta: Saffron Mafaldine Pasta, Sichuan Peppercorn, Basil, Scallion, Castelvetrano Olive, Parmigiano, Chili Oil. This dish reinvents the familiar by using mafaldine pasta instead of traditional pappardelle and incorporating Middle Eastern and Asian flavors, creating a delightful fusion.
Whole Fried Branzino: Farm Greens, White Cabbage Kimchi, Sweet & Spicy Soy, Mint, Cilantro, Scallion, Chef’s Selection House Pickles.
