Dive in to Pride Pool Party at InterContinental Hotel – InterContinental Hotel on the Magnificent Mile is bringing back its annual Dive Into Pride: Gods & Goddesses Pool Party for its third edition on June 7.

Street festivals and outdoor events
Andersonville Midsommar Fest – Held in one of Chicago’s most LGBTQ+-inclusive neighborhoods, this Swedish-inspired street fest (June 13–15) is both a cultural celebration and unofficial Pride Month kickoff.
Expect Maypole dances, music, food, and 80,000+ attendees.
Chicago Pride Parade – The annual Chicago Pride Parade is back for its 54th edition this June, presenting the theme “United in Pride.” Date and route details will be announced in the coming days.
Chicago Pride Fest – The 2025 Chicago Pride Fest is taking over Northalsted this June 21-22 with drag performances, dance exhibitions, a pet parade, guest speakers, and more than 150 food and merchandise vendors.
The fest will also include headlining musical performances from teen pop idol Jesse McCartney, electro pop group Confidence Man, and legendary vocalist Deborah Cox.

Navy Pier Pride – Live music, LGBTQ+ artists, educational programming—it’s all going down at Navy Pier on June 28. This celebration of LGBTQ diversity is free and open to all.

Pride at the Park – The Chicago White Sox are celebrating Pride Month on June 18 at Rate Field with “Pride at the Park.” Fans can watch the Sox take on the St. Louis Cardinals while celebrating the LGBTQ community.
Each ticket to the game includes a special Pride Night White Sox hat.

Drag Bingo and fundraising at The Graystone Tavern – Join The Graystone Tavern in Wrigleyville for free Drag Bingo on June 10 and 17.

Arts engagement
The First Homosexuals exhibit at Wrightwood 659 – Wrightwood 659 gallery in Lincoln Park is honoring LGBTQ history this month with the launch of its new exhibition The First Homosexuals.
The exhibition chronicles the societal changes following the establishment of the word “homosexual” in 1869.
Curated by 22 international scholars and led by queer art historian Jonathan D. Katz, the exhibition features more than 300 paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints, and films exploring centuries of queer identity.

Food and drink specials
Pride Month fundraiser at 4EG bars – Four Entertainment Group (4EG) is celebrating pride month and giving back to the local LGBTQ community with a month-long fundraising initiative benefitting the Center on Halsted.
From Sunday, June 1 through Monday, June 30, Chicagoans can support the center’s mission of cultivating LGBTQ community by raising a glass at 4EG bar locations across the city. Seven 4EG bars will donate portions of drink sales directly to the center.
