Lucky for us, Kinzie Chophouse is making all our dreams come true. This November, there will be an upcoming collaboration dinner with Chef Lamar Moore, part of the legendary steakhouse’s ongoing Guest Chef Series. Moore is set to collaborate with the Kinzie Chophouse culinary team on Thursday, November 14th, with a four-course pre-fixe menu for dinner—have we piqued your interest?
The Guest Chef Series is meant to celebrate the extraordinary experience of dining at a Chicago steakhouse. It brings together collaborative culinary minds to contribute their thoughts on what a steakhouse dinner looks like and means to them.
When will the Guest Chef series with Lamar Moore take place?
Thursday, November 14th. Guests who make reservations to dine can choose to experience the pre-fixed menu ($150 per person) and, of course, accompany the meal with incredible wines, spirits, and cocktails from the Kinzie Chophouse menu.

Amuse – tasso and cheese Grougère
1st course – Deviled Eggs
Osteria caviar, chives, corto olive oil
2nd course – Heirloom Tomato Salad
Niman ranch bacon, pearson farm peaches, local tomatoes watercress, buttermilk dressing
3rd course – Dry aged Bone in Ribeye
Cognac au poivre, bone marrow butter, collard green chimichurri, Carolina gold dirty rice, shallot -white wine poached asparagus
4th course – Butta Cake
Fuji apple compote, soy caramel
