Can’t get enough of CAVA? You’re in luck: The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is expanding its Chicago footprint with a third location—this time at the Willis (Sears) Tower.
Local social media creator Alex Linardos, a.k.a. Mr. South Loop, broke the news in a TikTok shared Monday. “According to a new build-out permit, CAVA is opening up at 233 South Wacker, a.k.a. the Sears Tower,” Linardos said in the video.
The update comes just weeks after CAVA announced a second Chicago location in River North, following the debut of its flagship spot in Wicker Park last year.
CAVA has built a devoted following in recent years thanks to its fresh, modern take on casual Mediterranean cuisine.
The chain specializes in salads, bowls, and pitas, all customizable with a wide variety of greens, grains, dips, and toppings—including fan favorites like harissa chicken and “crazy feta”.
An exact opening date for the Willis Tower location hasn’t been announced yet. In the meantime, fans can still get their fix at the Wicker Park outpost at 1484 N. Milwaukee Ave.
