Oak Brook Center mall in suburban Oak Brook claimed the number 4 spot on the Best Shopping Center list. The Fashion Outlets of Chicago ranked number 3 for the Best Outlet Mall survey.
The reports weighed factors including number and variety of stores, dining and entertainment options, and guest experience.
