The Largest Official Interactive ‘The Office’ Experience Has Opened In Chicago

Transport yourself to the world of Dunder Mifflin!

An enormous two-floor interactive pop-up experience has brought The Office to Chicago offering fans the chance to immerse themselves in everything to do with the long-running hit series.

Now open through January 17th, 2022, The Office Experience invites fans to dive into the world of Dunder Mifflin Paper Company and celebrate their favorite characters and iconic moments in a scrupulous recreation of the famed fictional workplace.

Created by Superfly X and Universal Live Entertainment in consultation with The Office’s U.S. creator Greg Daniels, the interactive pop-up is located at The Shops at North Bridge on the Magnificent Mile which previously held the FRIENDS Experience.

The two-story experience has taken no small measures in ensuring fans can fully engross themselves in all things Dunder Mifflin. 17 rooms have been filled with original props, costumes, set re-creations, and plenty more to celebrate the series’ major characters and timeless charm.

There are picture-perfect photo ops at a range of places like Pam’s desk, Michael’s office, Ryan’s closet, Schrute Farms, and other familiar spots in addition to a themed retail store replicating the Warehouse.

Attendees will also be able to pay homage to the hit series by reliving iconic moments such as the Dundie Awards, Kevin’s famous chili spill, and the hilarious beach day games from the third season.

“We are thrilled to partner with Universal Live Entertainment to create The Office Experience, the first official interactive experience based on The Office. We have no doubt that this incredible city, with its millions of residents and visitors, will provide the perfect backdrop for the world premiere of The Office Experience,” said Stacy Moscatelli, Co-President and Chief Strategy Officer of Superfly X.

Tickets to the self-guided experience are $45 on holidays, weekends and after 5pm during the week and $37.50 before 5 pm Monday to Friday whilst children 3 and younger go free.

For an extra $10 tickets can also be upgraded to include your very own personalized Dunder Mifflin employee badge and branded lanyard.  don’t need a ticket when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
