Summer might be winding down but festival season in Chicago is just heating up—and there’s another exciting event coming up later this month you won’t want to miss.
Taste of Polonia, the largest Polish festival in Illinois, is back this Labor Day Weekend, bringing four full days of authentic food, culture, and live entertainment to Jefferson Park.
Whether you can trace your lineage to the motherland, or you’re just looking for a good time, Taste of Polonia is a festival everybody can enjoy. Here’s what to know about the 2025 event.
Taste of Polonia 2025 guide

The 2025 edition of Taste of Polonia will feature more than 30 food and craft beer vendors, along with carnival rides, games, and bounce houses.
Additionally, guests will enjoy special food and beverage tastings, movie screenings, art exhibits, and other attractions.
Festivalgoers can expect to rock out every day of the fest with more than a dozen live music acts set to take the stage. From classic rock tributes to traditional polka music, there’s something for every music lover.
Getting to the fest

Taste of Polonia 2025 will take place at the Copernicus Center (5216 W Lawrence Ave.) in Jefferson Park, just a short walk from the Jefferson Park CTA Blue Line stop.
Guest driving to the fest can take advantage of free parking at the Irish American Heritage Center at 4626 N. Knox Ave. before hopping on a shuttle to the festival grounds.
