Tacombi taqueria is bringing another bold food collaboration to Chicago—this time, it’s a birria taco-inspired ramen.
You might remember Tacombi from last year’s pop-up, when the local taqueria brought the world’s only Michelin-starred taco to Chicago.
Now, they’re pushing the boundaries of Mexican cooking again with this creative fusion dish.
The ramen features a rich birria consommé broth and craft noodles from Sun Noodle, topped with housemade brisket, radish, cilantro, fresh lime, and a crunchy cheese flauta.
Tacombi will serve the birria ramen at its Wicker Park and Fulton Market locations starting February 27—for a limited time only. Get yours before it’s gone!
