Sunda New Asian is bringing back its popular Sushi Rolling Class to its River North (110 W Illinois St.) and Fulton Market (333 N Green St.) locations on select dates this fall.
What to expect

Sunda’s exclusive sushi making class will teach guests how to craft their own rolls using ancient techniques. Guests will learn how to make three different kinds of rolls, all from scratch:
- Temaki – Hand-Rolled
- Futomaki – Fat-Rolled
- Uramaki – Inside-Out Rolled
Under personalized guidance, guests will experiment with delicious ingredients like fresh salmon, crispy shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, and delicate sushi rice.
The interactive culinary experience is hosted in a communal setting, creating an immersive and social atmosphere.
