You can look forward to a variety of treats, including custom sundaes, handmade waffle cones, decadent milkshakes, root beer floats, ice cream sandwiches, and pints available to go.

Ben Van Leeuwen, co-founder and CEO of Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, said:
Our mission has always been simple: to make good ice cream from good ingredients that makes you feel good.’ Expanding to Chicago, a city that celebrates great food, is a perfect fit for us. As our first Midwest location, this opening is really special, and we can’t wait for Chicagoans to experience what Van Leeuwen is all about.
The brand is launching a limited-time Jeppson’s Malört ice cream, paying homage to the city’s most notorious bitter spirit. This flavor will be available exclusively at the Chicago locations.
Tremaine Atkinson, CEO of CH Distillery, owner and producer of Jeppson’s Malört, said:
We’re so excited to welcome Van Leeuwen to Chicago, the best way we know how – with Malört. It’s a bold treat, and we can’t wait for Chicagoans to try a scoop.
