Shedd’s penguins aren’t the only ones having fun this week.
Earlier this week, The Shedd Aquarium’s penguins got to explore different exhibits during the aquarium’s closure due to coronavirus fears. The videos of the curious birds went viral, the little dose of cuteness sorely needed in these uncertain times. The Field Museum’s popular T-Rex, Sue wanted to explore their museum, too! Here’s the video of their adventure:
Okay, so the 13 foot tall 40 feet long dinosaur skeleton didn’t actually get up and start walking around the museum Ben Stiller style. Instead, a Field Museum employee dressed up in an inflatable dinosaur costume and was recorded exploring the museum “as Sue.” The video was shared to the museum’s social media accounts to bring a bit of levity to the lockdown situation.
