This weekend in Chicago is shaping up to be a stormy one, if predictions from the National Weather Service are any indication!
The forecast shows back-to-back chances for severe thunderstorms in the coming days.

Warm front, storms to move in Friday

Chicagoans can expect sunny skies n the lead up to the weekend, with NWS data showing clear conditions and a high of 86 on Thursday.
Come Friday, however, things will take a turn for the soggier, with a chance of showers before 10 a.m. and additional storms possible until 1 p.m.
The high Friday will top out at 84 degrees, and the overall chance of precipitation is 60%.

Additional showers are possible Friday night into Saturday, with an 80% chance of nighttime rain.
Saturday will see a 60% chance of precipitation, with thunderstorms and rain possible throughout the morning and afternoon.
Come Sunday, the storms will finally subside for a clear day with a high of 74 degrees.
All in all, this weekend in Chicago is looking like a mixed bag as far as weather goes. So be sure to keep your raincoat and umbrella handy!
