You may have noticed all the new restaurants sprinkling across the Fulton Market District these last few months. While each place distinguishes itself with a unique flavor, one restaurant has caught our attention.
Nisos Prime, a new lively culinary experience from Parker Hospitality, offers a Mediterranean oasis that epitomizes vibrancy, warmth, and refined charm. When you need respite after a long work day, something is enticing about a restaurant where glasses of wine and roaming carts with prosciutto slicers flow freely. And that’s why we gravitate to Nisos Prime.
Nisos Prime Is Now Open
The flagship culinary experience is curated by Chef Rick Tramonto, celebrating Mediterranean culinary traditions on land and sea and prime-steak caliber. Quality cuts of meats and whole roasted fish are infused with a symphony of spices and flavors and paired with an extensive wine program.
What distinguishes Nisos from any other establishment is there are three separate dining experiences—all under one roof. Besides the Mediterranean steakhouse Nisos Prime, there is the bar and eatery Prime Bar and speakeasy, The Lounge opened in August 2023.
From tableside prosciutto cart that rolls over to your tableside to coastal sumptuous menu items like caviar, raw oysters served with pomegranate mignonette, Calabrian-butter poached King crab, Lobster Spaghetti, and Spice Crusted Ora King Salmon—you’ll be wide-eyed.
However, the menu’s star is the Prime Steak menu, which includes a Butcher’s Reserve section featuring five extraordinary options, including a 50-day aged 32-oz. Porterhouse, a 45-day aged 40-oz. Tomahawk, a 4-oz. Japanese A5 Wagyu, a 10-ounce Campo Grande Iberico Skirt Steak, and more.
“Whether you’re coming for a drink and a quick bite after work, a romantic date night, or a wild night out in the West Loop, our team will make sure you will leave impressed,” Parker said of the Nisos Prime dining and lounge trifecta.
