Mendocino Farms, a California-based fast-casual restaurant known for its gourmet sandwiches and salads, will open its first Chicago location this summer in River North.
Founded in southern California in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Mario Del Pero and Ellen Chen, Mendocino Farms has expanded to 75 locations across California, Texas, and Washington. The Chicago location will mark the restaurant chain’s entrance into the Midwest.
Mendocino Farms coming to Chicago
The new Mendocino Farms will be located at 508 N. Clark St. in a 4,384-square-foot venue. The River North location will feature a bright and welcoming atmosphere, complementing the restaurant’s fresh, from-the-earth dish selection.
