Martha Stewart is the queen of her tried-and-true recipes. Whether she is cooking at home or dining out, you can be sure she’s indulging in dishes worthy of royalty. (Okay, maybe that’s too high of a benchmark, but you know what we mean.) As she famously says, “There is no sincerer love than the love of food.”
So, it came as a surprise to learn that Martha has found a new favorite coffee spot in Chicago. If you’re like us, you might have missed the news that she was in town last week, but rest assured, we have done our sleuthing and discovered where she was spotted, which may definitely surprise you.
Martha Stewart visited the coffee bar at Beatrix in River North, where she was seen ordering an array of cookies, muffins, avocado toast, and, of course, coffee!
What makes it more interesting is that Beatrix launched a brand-new lineup of specialty milks and cookies at the coffee bar, available to go or dine in. Did our beloved Martha know about these new offerings and want to be among the first to try them? We may never know.
The new selections include Strawberry, Banana, and Root Beer-flavored milks, each served cold over ice and customizable with espresso or matcha. The Banana Milk is made with oat milk, while Strawberry and Root Beer can be prepared with the milk of your choice.
