Frontier Chicago, the popular neighborhood restaurant, is hosting a unique culinary experience centered around lamb. Executive Chef Brian Jupiter, in collaboration with Mariano’s and Niman Ranch, will present an exclusive four-course dining event highlighting the exceptional flavors of Niman Ranch lamb.
The menu will showcase the quality of Niman Ranch’s sustainably raised, Certified Humane® lamb through four distinct, thoughtfully crafted dishes, each created by award-winning Chef Brian Jupiter.
Known for his rustic flavors with a modern twist, Chef Jupiter will take guests on a farm-to-table journey emphasizing the versatility and tenderness of the lamb. To enhance the dining experience, Jaime Deleon, the Adult Beverage Director at Mariano’s, will pair global wine varietals with each course. Additionally, guests will receive a complimentary custom recipe from Chef Jupiter and a package of three Niman Ranch Loin Chops, courtesy of the American Lamb Board, to take home.
