Hattie B’s Hot Chicken is a Nashville staple, and now the wildly popular chain is bringing its fiery flavors to Chicago!
The fast-casual restaurant, known for its hot chicken sandwiches and spicy tenders, will open its first-ever Illinois location at Wrigley Field’s Gallagher Way later this year or in early 2026.
“Our arrival to Chicago—and opening at Gallagher Way—is beyond exciting for me and our entire Hattie B’s family and team,” said Hattie B’s Co-Founder Nick Bishop Jr.
“Chicago is one of the great food and beverage cities in the world, and we can’t wait to serve our Nashville hot chicken in Wrigleyville.”
Hattie B’s flagship Chicago location will open at 3649 North Clark St., occupying a 3,265-square-foot space with a 515-square-foot patio. The restaurant will offer 70 indoor seats and 55 patio seats.
On the menu, guests can expect Hattie B’s signature offerings, including jumbo chicken tenders, wings, and fried or grilled chicken sandwiches.
Customers will have the option to customize their heat level, from mild all the way to “Damn Hot.”
Southern-inspired sides like pimento mac-and-cheese, black-eyed pea salad, and collard greens will complement the mains, while desserts such as banana pudding and peach cobbler round out the experience.
