Here’s all the deets!
Inside Hattie B’s Wrigleyville

Hattie B’s is now open at Gallagher Way, just steps from the iconic home of the Cubs and weeks out from MLB opening day on March 25.
The Wrigleyville restaurant features 3,265-square-foot space, including a 515-square-foot patio, 70 indoor seats, and 55 outdoor seats.
The menu features southern-fried favorites like Nashville hot tenders with bread and pickles, Hattie B’s signature “Dirty Bird Fries,” a Classic Chicken Sandwich, and the Half Bird Plate.
Customers can customize their heat range, starting at no spice all the way to the ultra-hot “Shut the Cluck Up” level.

There’s also a host of delicious sides like pimento mac n’ cheese, collard greens, and bacon cheddar grits.
Dessert options are also on the menu, including banana pudding, peach cobbler, and a waffle sundae.
Additionally, Hattie B’s Wrigleyville will offer cocktails, beers, and boozy frozen drinks, as well as N/A options.
Hattie B’s Midwest expansion

The inaugural Chicago outpost marks the start of a larger local expansion, with future locations in Wicker Park and River North in the works, according to the company.
“We’ve got exciting plans for Chicago, and we’re pumped to finally bring our Nashville hot chicken to one of the great food cities in the world,” Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Co-Founder Nick Bishop Jr. said.
