First free doughnuts, now free beer!
Last month Krispy Kreme began giving away free doughnuts to anyone with a COVID-19 vaccine, and now Budweiser has followed suit offering free beer on the house as yet another incentive to get vaccinated.
A commercial called “Reunited with Buds” was posted to YouTube and Budweiser’s social media channels on Thursday, April 15 announcing, “your first round’s on us if you’ve been vaccinated.” Featuring a revival of the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales and a puppy, the commercial is set to begin running on national television next Monday, April 26.

The first 10,000 people to upload a photo of their “I got vaccinated” sticker along with either a selfie at the vaccination site or an image of their bandage to ABeerOnBud.com before May 16 will be given a free $5 virtual debit card to use on their first beer.
According to the fine print, free beers will be awarded nationwide with the exception of Alabama, California, and Texas.
