Fatback is setting up an Express Lunch Pop-Up Station outside its store to mark the arrival of fall weather and feed the downtown workforce.
The giveaway features Fatback’s signature sandwiches, including the Turkey and Mortadella, handed out free to anyone who stops by. It’s open to Loop office workers, local commuters, and passersby alike, with no ticket or sign-up mentioned.
What to know before you go
When: Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, or until supplies last. With free food on offer, arriving early is the safest bet.
Where: Outside Fatback (222 N. LaSalle / 176 W. Wacker)
Who: Anyone downtown, whether you’re heading back to the office, catching a train, or just walking by.
