Daisies, the creators behind the famed Chicago-Style Hot Dog Croissant with the Wiener’s Circle, the Dill-Co pickle croissant with WILCO, and the Chocolate Puck Croissant with the NHL and the Chicago Blackhawks, are returning this May with one of their best creations yet.
Chicago’s Partner/Pastry Chef Leigh Omilinsky and partner Joe Frillman are now pleased to introduce the BAKE SALE CROISSANT, developed in collaboration with the one and only Christina Tosi of Milk Bar.
This delightful croissant is filled with gooey chocolate chip cookies, funfetti-packed sprinkle cookies, and a rich chocolate fudge brownie. To top it all off, the magic is completed with malted vanilla mousse, mini cookies, and a confetti shower of rainbow sprinkles.
When will the Daisies X Milk Bar BAKE SALE CROISSANT be available?
You can get this indulgent croissant exclusively at the Daisies Chicago café starting Thursday, May 1st, at 7:00 AM, and it will be available throughout the month.
The sweetest part? A portion of the proceeds will benefit Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, so grab them while they last!
