2025 is shaping up to be a big year for concerts in Chicago!
With new tours announced nearly every day, it’s hard to keep up. Luckily, we’re here to help. Here are some of the biggest acts heading to the Windy City next year.
Kendrick Lamar + SZA
Kendrick Lamar and SZA are teaming up for their 2025 Grand National Tour, with a stop at Soldier Field on June 6, 2025.
The tour comes off the heels of Lamar’s surprise album GNX, released in November, which saw the two artists collaborate on the tracks “Luther” and “Gloria.”
The concert will be Lamar’s first performance in Chicago since headlining Lollapalooza in 2023.

System of a Down
Grammy-award winning rock visionaries System of a Down will headline Soldier Field on August 31, 2025, alongside California rock-outfit Avenged Sevenfold.
After going on hiatus in 2006, System of a Down reunited in 2011 and have played sporadic gigs over the past decade. The band released their first new music in over a decade in 2020, with the singles “Protect The Land” and “Genocidal Humanoidz.”
Presale for the Soldier Field Show will begin on Wednesday, December 11. Tickets will open to the general public at 12pm on Friday, December 13.
My Chemical Romance
Iconic emo rockers My Chemical Romance are set to electrify Chicago on August 29, 2025 as part of their ‘Long Live the Black Parade’ tour.
The one-night-only performance at Soldier Field on August 29, 2025, will feature the band playing their landmark 2006 album “The Black Parade” in its entirety.
My Chemical Romance famously separated in 2013, before reuniting in 2019 to the delight of fans.

AC/DC
AC/DC is back in black, and heading to Soldier Field! The Aussie rock legends are stopping in Chicago on May 24, 2025, along their “Power Up” North American tour.

Peso Pluma
Chicago’s biggest Latin music festival Sueños is returning to Grant Park in 2025, with a headlining performance from Mexican pop star Peso Pluma. The news comes after Pluma had his set cut at the 2024 edition of Sueños due to torrential rains.
Slated for Memorial Day weekend from May 24-25, the festival will highlight global Reggaeton and latin artists.
General sale for Sueños 2025 will begin early next year.
Charli XCX
Brat summer forever! British pop sensation Charli XCX is bringing her Brat tour to Chicago on April 28, 2025, with a stop at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont.
Fans can expect a high energy show featuring songs from the singer’s eponymous smash hit album that made waves in 2024.

Tyler, the Creator
Hot off the heels of his recent album Chromakopia, Tyler, the Creator is taking over Chicago’s United Center for two nights on June 30 and July 1, 2025. The Grammy-award winning rapper is best known for his electrifying performances and innovative approach to hip-hop.
