
March is Women’s History Month, and with International Women’s Day on March 8, Chicago is celebrating women’s contributions and standing up for our rights in a big way.
This Saturday, March 8, the Chicago Rally & March for Int’l Women’s Day will take over downtown in a show of solidarity with women around the world.
The event will kick off at Daley Plaza on Saturday from 11:30am – 12:30pm, with speakers taking the stage at 12pm. From there, the March will take take to the streets, culminating at Trump Tower.
The Chicago Women’s March encourages women and genderfluid persons of all backgrounds to attend. Come be a part of history and help shape a prosperous, safe, and inclusive future for women across the globe.
