Beloved Ohio-based alternative-folk band, Caamp, is performing two sold-out shows in Chicago this weekend. These performances coincide with the release of their highly anticipated fifth studio album, Copper Changes Color, scheduled for release on Friday, June 6, 2025.
Caamp has long been celebrated for its intricate and heartfelt sound. With Copper Changes Color, the band deepens its musical exploration with a more refined and expansive approach.
Frontman and primary songwriter Taylor Meier drew inspiration from the weathering and distinct patina of copper as a powerful metaphor for the changes we experience in life.
Although the concerts are sold out, Loud Pizza Records will be hosting a listening party to celebrate the release of Copper Changes Color.
And in even more exciting news, before the Caamp Chicago concert, Evan Westfall of Caamp will host a lunch break Banjo session on June 6th.
