Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!
Halloween fans can throw it back to simpler times once House of Beetle makes it to the Bassline in the South Loop on Thursday, October 17! The Beetlejuice-themed bar is inspired by the classic Tim Burton flick and promises to take patry-goers on scavenger hunts and more just in time for spooky season!
Ignoring the strange and the unusual will be pretty tough considering this pop-up plans to work its nostalgic magic with themed drinks, interactive games, live entertainment, and special cosplay events for visitors. If you’ve somehow managed to live your entire existence without watching the classic cult film (*cough, cough* GenZ), the movie stars Michael Keaton as a pesky poltergeist who terrorizes a newly deceased couple and the family who has moved into their home.
Get ready to break out your stripped tux and green hair dye because it’s time to party like it’s 1988!
