If you have dined at Adalina, you know it has quickly captivated the Gold Coast. The Italian hotspot is known for its decadent design and Top Chef alum chef, Soo Ahn’s modern Italian cuisine. Well, we have exciting news for those who love Adalina.
The hospitality group behind Adalina unveiled Adalina Prime, the latest addition to Fulton Market’s burgeoning Green Street. And it’s expected to be open by this summer.
The new dining destination for summer
Adalina Prime will be a premium steakhouse—a flame-driven dining destination that highlights prime cuts of meat, immaculate seafood, and flavorful vegetables—a way to bring new appeal into the classic Chicago steakhouse experience on Fulton Market’s “restaurant row.”
Phil Siudak, partner at Adalina Prime, said:
Fulton Market is the heartbeat of Chicago’s dining scene, and Green Street is quickly becoming the neighborhood’s next ‘restaurant row.’
Guests at Adalina Prime will be greeted by a lush, greenery-filled patio, a spacious open-air atrium, a stunning two-story wine cellar, and an elegant private dining room and event space, all featuring an Art Deco influence.
Supported by a team of hospitality experts known for shaping Chicago’s dining scene, Adalina Prime aims to set a new standard on Green Street as Fulton Market continues to grow.
