The viral dirty soda and sweet treat chain has launched its first Chicago-area location after months of anticipation.

Swig soft-launches Crest Hill drive-thru
Swig hosted a soft-launch of its first-ever Illinois and Chicagoland location on Monday, August 17, according to a video shared to TikTok by user @lesliemiranda.
The inaugural local outpost is located in Crest Hill, Illinois (1701 N Larkin Ave.), just over an hour from downtown Chicago.
According to the TikTok, Swig is planning a grand opening for the location over Labor Day Weekend from September 4-5. The grand opening will reportedly include free giveaways.
Swig has gained viral popularity across social media in recent years for its whacky dirty soda concoctions, fresh baked cookies, pretzel bites, and other sweet treats.
The chain is reportedly planning a major Midwest expansion which will include additional Chicago-area drive-thru shops, so stay tuned for future updates!
