You’ve probably been to the Salt Shed—it’s one of the largest music venues in Chicago, featuring both outdoor and indoor spaces, a whole section dedicated to food vendors, and scenic river views while you enjoy your favorite tunes.
But have you heard of the SummerSalt Market? It combines all of that with some of the best vintage shopping.
Salt Shed is hosting a massive outdoor vintage market
This Sunday, the fifth annual SummerSalt Market is happening, and it’s also their biggest outdoor market yet.

Over 50 of Chicago’s best vintage vendors, artists, and small businesses will showcase everything from handmade art and home goods to stylish clothing and one-of-a-kind furniture. And, of course, there will be food, drinks, music, and that beautiful skyline view.
When is the SummerSalt Market?
The market will be set up on May 31, inside and outside the shed, only from 11 AM to 5 PM.
The best part? Admission is free, and no RSVP is needed.
