If you have kids, Six Flags Great America has introduced a new pass that makes visiting the amusement and water park more affordable this summer.
The “Free Pre-K Pass” allows children aged 3 to 5 to enter the park for free throughout the 2026 summer season. This limited-time pass can be used at 22 parks nationwide, including Cedar Point, Great America, and Hurricane Harbor.
Six Flags is offering free entry for kids ages 3-5 all season long
Christian Dieckmann, the Chief Commercial Officer of Six Flags, stated:
At a time when families are watching their budgets very closely, the Pre‑K Pass provides real value while helping create a season full of fun experiences kids and parents will remember for years.
Families can obtain a children’s pass if they possess a valid 2026 Silver, Gold, or Prestige Season Pass or Membership. Please note that the children’s pass cannot be purchased separately.
To activate the pass, it must be registered online by May 31. Once activated, the pass can be used at the park entrance on any regular operating day. A valid birth certificate or passport is required to verify the child’s age. Additionally, families are limited to two Pre-K passes per valid membership.

- Dorney Park
- Frontier City
- Hurricane Harbor Arlington
- Hurricane Harbor Chicago

- Hurricane Harbor Oklahoma City
- Hurricane Harbor Rockford
- Hurricane Harbor Splashtown
- Kings Dominion
- Six Flags Darien Lake
- Six Flags Fiesta Texas
- Six Flags Great Adventure & Wild Safari
- Six Flags Great America
- Six Flags New England

- Six Flags White Water
Six Flags Great America officially opens for the season on Saturday, April 25.
