Created by Culinary Director and James Beard-nominated Chef Sahil Sethi, this elevated menu showcases bold wood-fired flavors from the Middle East. Remarkably, the menu is priced at just $60.

Course 1:
- Mezze served with pita for the table
- Classic Hummus with charred green chickpeas, za’atar, zhoug, puffed lentils, extra virgin olive oil
