It’s all to do with projection mapping technology. Cast onto the surface in front of you, the yellow brick road, the crimson poppy fields and the Emerald City unfold around your plate and cutlery. Magnificent visuals accompany the heavenly flavors and mouthwatering aromas of each of the three dishes that arrive at your table, making for a truly multi-sensory dining experience.

L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz will be reimagined through delicious food and virtual theater. Wizard of Oz-themed performances featuring gorgeous imagery and accompanying music complement the 90-minute three-course meal. And while the menu will be a surprise, you can expect dishes inspired by the colorful characters and landscapes of Oz. Think starters doused in a yellow brick road-inspired mango coulis, or desserts topped with a sweet sprinkle of Munchkin mischief.
