Although hard seltzers are refreshing year-round, it’s in the warmer months when they really hit the spot which is why they’ve become somewhat synonymous with Chicago summer.
With highs in the 80s expected this weekend, the premier hard seltzer festival in the United States is swinging by Chicago at the perfect time offering the chance to see in summer in style.
Having made several stops in the Midwest in 2021, the nationally touring Seltzerland is returning to the Windy City this Saturday, June 10 turning The Lot at Plumber’s Union into a hard seltzer paradise filled with hard seltzers from over 100 brands big and small.
“We’re taking over Chicago this June! We’ve rounded up the best hard seltzer brands in the land for one epic day dedicated to the bubbly brew everyone can’t get enough of”, reads the Seltzerland website. “Sample the latest and greatest hard seltzer flavors, indulge in mouthwatering munchies, and bust out the ‘gram for the most insta-worthy moments.”
The one-of-a-kind, outdoor experience will also be debuting the first-ever CANtina presented by Good Foods which is “dedicated to serving delicious guacamole and chips, refreshing tequila sodas from Casa Azul, and of course good vibes.”
DJs, instagrammable photo-ops, and tons of games and activities like seltzer pong, ladder ball, and cornhole ensure a jam-packed day of jubilance and merrymaking.
Tickets for two time slots from 12 pm – 3 pm and 4 pm – 7 pm range from $49 – $75.00 depending on whether you purchase General Access, Early Access or Premier Access and can be found here.
All proceeds for the 21+ event will be donated to Forage Forward, a national organization dedicated to supporting local and national non-profit organizations, with a specific focus on social justice, food banks, food sustainability, and food education.
