Schitt Happens is open through April 1
After the success of previous pop-ups like the Central Perk Coffee Shop and Moe’s Tavern, the beloved vintage video games bar Replay Lincoln Park, is back with another of its pop-culture-themed pop-ups to send fans into overdrive. This time around it’s a Schitt Happens pop-up and it’s taking place every night of March.
In addition to the usual assortment of arcade machines, you’ll now find a hilarious set-up offering Schitt’s Creek-inspired food, drinks, and photo ops. The beloved bar’s latest pop-up draws inspiration from the popular Canadian comedy show about an unlikable wealthy family who lose their fortune and are consequently forced to move to a small town by the name of Schitt’s Creek.
Located at 2833 N. Sheffield Avenue, Schitt Happens features several recreations from the hit show, including the most recognizable locations like Café Tropical, the Rosebud Motel where the family stay, and the iconic “Welcome to Schitt’s Creek, where everyone fits in” sign.
Fans can also order from the pop-up’s Café Tropical-themed menu. Items such as “Schitt Fries”, “Lovebird Wings”, “Ahn-chiladas”, and “Rosebud Cinnamon Buns” can be enjoyed within the replica of the café’s interior.
Schitt Happens is open until 1 am every night through April 1.
Each ticket includes two complimentary cocktails as well as access to the 30+ vintage arcade machines found at Replay Lincoln Park.
Walk-ups are welcome and group reservations are allowed of up to six people which can be made through www.exploretock.com/replay.
