Chicago legend Chance the Rapper released his landmark hip-hop project Coloring Book a decade ago—and a popular outdoor movie venue is teaming up with him to bring the project to life in a special film screening.
Rooftop Cinema Club will host a special private screening of the “Magnificent Coloring Book” concert film on May, 16, followed by a live Q&A with Chance.

Rooftop Cinema Club will exclusively screen Magnificent Coloring World for one night only on Saturday, May 16.
From director Jake Schreier and filmed at Chicago’s historic Cinespace studios, the film is described as a “fully realized visual extension” of Chance’s 2016 Grammy-winning mixtape Coloring Book.
The film documents a full stage production of the project, including artful set design, lighting, and movement.
Following the screening, Chance will join fans for a post-screening Q&A session.
