Here, you’ll discover the Purple One’s life before releasing his first album, ‘For You,’ and learn more about his connections to Minneapolis.
Other highlights of the Prince experience include stepping inside the luminous world of Prince with a set recreation of his ‘Purple Rain’ album cover by exploring an iconic Minneapolis street scene.
Or venture to the 1984 “When Doves Cry” music video and take plenty of Instagrammable photos with the clawfoot tub, gorgeous stained-glass windows, and flowers strewn all around while the iconic song plays overhead.
Explore the Diamonds and Pearls era in a dark and sensual space featuring oversized candelabras that dimly light the room with giant hand torches from the ‘Gett Off’ music video. As for that iconic tongue chair …. yes, that makes an appearance too so guests can create unique photo ops at this immersive experience.
There’s even a set recreation of Prince’s Paisley Park Studio A, where you can mix Prince’s hit “Let’s Go Crazy.”
