If you are chronically online, you probably know about this viral bagel sensation—PopUp Bagels.
In popular videos, people are often tearing apart the perfectly risen and blistered crust bagels and dipping them in unique spreads you may not have encountered before—like vodka sauce, cream cheese, and pesto butter, to name a few.
Unfortunately, there are no PopUp Bagels in Chicago, which makes us envious of those who can enjoy these popular bagels on a daily basis.

However, Chicagoans will have the chance to try them for a limited time.
In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, PopUp Bagels is teaming up with Guinness to introduce bagels with a special schmear: Guinness Chocolate Stout Cake.
Leading up to Saturday’s festivities, you head to Guinness Open Gate Brewery in the West Loop to get yourself a sample of the bagel with a limited-edition schmear, which brings one of the brand’s most beloved recipes to the breakfast table.
When is PopUp Bagels coming to Chicago?
They be at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery on March 12th and 13th, from 8 to 11, with both days open to the public.
