Fresh off celebrating its 10th anniversary, Paulie Gee’s Logan Square is making its biggest move yet.
Owner Derrick Tung and the team at Paulie Gee’s Logan Square are introducing “The Sheet Show” — a larger-than-life dining experience featuring a 62-inch x 30-inch grandma-style pizza.
You might be wondering — wow, that’s a large pizza! It truly is. This pizza is likely the largest available in Illinois and the second largest in the Midwest.
Paulie Gee’s Logan Square unveils ‘The Sheet Show’
To bring this concept to life, Paulie Gee’s Logan Square commissioned a custom-fabricated Sicilian cold-rolled steel pan from Smiling With Hope Enterprise, specifically designed to fit into its ovens. This allows the team to bake the massive grandma-style pizza in-house, maintaining the crisp, caramelized crust and high quality that the restaurant has been known for over the past decade.
Standing at 5 feet 2 inches tall and roughly 23 times the size of one of Paulie Gee’s Logan Square’s signature Detroit-style pizzas, The Sheet Show is less of a meal and more of a centerpiece.

Designed for groups of 20 to 35 guests, The Sheet Show transforms pizza night into a shareable experience perfect for any occasion. Birthday celebrations? Yes. Office outings? Absolutely. Fantasy football drafts? Duh. Just about any occasion worthy of going big.
Reservations for The Sheet Show are now open and must be made at least 72 hours in advance. This experience is dine-in only at Paulie Gee’s Logan Square, located at 2451 N Milwaukee Ave. Only one The Sheet Show experience is available per day—you can book The Sheet Show here.
Guests can customize their pizza with up to four different topping combinations, as the pizza is divided into four quadrants, allowing each section to feature its own toppings. Depending on the package selected, groups can choose anywhere from one topping per quadrant to three or more, creating as many as 12 topping selections across the pizza.
The Sheet Show is available as:
- $500: Classic Cheese Grandma Pie
- $525: One topping per quadrant (up to four toppings)
- $550: Two toppings per quadrant (up to eight toppings)
- $575: Three or more toppings per quadrant (up to 12 toppings)
