The wait is finally over—the inaugural edition of Panda Fest Chicago launches this weekend in Grant Park.
The viral Asian food and cultural festival will bring 3 days of street food and cultural activations to the heart of the Windy City.

Behind the scenes at Panda Fest Chicago
Panda Fest Chicago is going down at Grant Park’s Butler Field from August 28-30, promising a full weekend of delicious Asian cuisine from more than 100 food vendors.
Festivalgoers will enjoy viral treats like fruit-infused matcha lattes, tangulu candied fruit skewers, noodle and rice dishes, dumplings, boba teas, ice cream, and other mouthwatering eats.
Food options will represent a swath of Asian cultures from Thailand to Vietnam, Japan, Korea, China, and beyond.
Guests will also enjoy a non-stop entertainment lineup including live music, traditional dancing, theatrical performances, art demonstrations, and more.
Additionally, festivalgoers will have access to more than 20 retail vendors, offering adorable clothes, plush toys, accessories, bags, and other goodies.
There will also be plenty of photo ops, from a giant panda floaty to fun pop-up displays.

Getting to Panda Fest
Chicagoans can get to and from Panda Fest with ease via the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA).
Hop on the CTA Brown, Pink, Green, or Orange lines and exit at the Washington/Wabash or Adams/Wabash stations.
From there it’s just a short walk east to Butler Field.
