It’s the most magical time of year—bars are adorned with Christmas lights, Christkindlmarket is in full swing, and the entire city becomes a winter wonderland, making even the most frequently visited spots feel like new places to explore.
One location that deserves another look is Navy Pier’s Winter Wonderfest, which is officially back this year, running from December 5, 2025, through January 4, 2026, inside the Festive Hall.

The annual indoor event transforms 170,000 square feet into a festive holiday playground for families. Inside, visitors will find attractions like Cliffhanger Zero Gravity, bumper cars, a kiddie train, bounce houses, slides, and an indoor ice-skating rink.
Each ticket includes one ride on the Centennial Ferris Wheel, which features enclosed gondolas that travel nearly 200 feet above the Pier, offering views of the whole city.
Additionally, there will be live performances on a “Winter Wonder Stage,” with food and drinks available.
