Enjoy fabulous fall deals and a month-long seasonal celebration at Chicago’s iconic lakefront destination this October.
Navy Pier has transformed for its month-long Pier Pumpkin Lights event. The event returned last year after it was canceled in 2020 due to the global pandemic and is now once again covered in hundreds of jack-o’lanterns and towering light displays for its spectacular fall transformation.
Guests can catch the pumpkins and a variety of pumpkin pop-up installations every day through Monday, October 31, though the spectacle is, of course, best experienced after dusk when the jack-o’lanterns and installations illuminate the pier.
According to the Navy Pier website, in addition to the “insta-worthy experiential fall spectacle” there will be a series of special Halloween festivities taking place throughout the month. The Pier Pumpkin Lights event will once again be completely free with no additional admission fees and many of the pier’s restaurants and bars will be offering special deals.
Pier Pumpkin lights can be enjoyed from 11 am through 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 11 am until 8 pm the rest of the week. More information can be found at navypier.org.
