On Friday September 8, leave all your bad juju at the door as you become infused with positivity and serenity at Stan Mansion. The lavish mansion in the Logan Square Historic District will be completely transformed, so that you can find your much-needed inner peace.
Meditation is proven to help to cope with stress, release tension and increase self-awareness. With Mindful Glow, as you’re laying on your yoga matt amidst hundreds of candles you can practice relaxation techniques to achieve a state of complete tranquility.
Guided by skilled practitioners, Chicago’s Mindful Glow sessions will allow you to explore a number of wellness therapies inside a spellbinding candlelit atmosphere. These relaxing, transformative exercises include breathwork and meditation to reset your mind, body and soul.

There are three one-hour sessions planned and you can choose between a 9:30am, 11:15am and 1:00pm session. Blankets will also be provided to use for maximum comfort. All you need to do is breathe in and breathe out.
