NBA Hall of Famer and retired Chicago Bulls star Michael Jordan’s sprawling Highland Park mansion has finally sold after 12 and a half years on the real estate market.
According to a report from the Chicago Tribune, the property sold for $9.5 million, well below Jordan’s asking price of $14.855 million. The buyer has not been publicly identified.
Jordan first listed the property in 2012 for a whopping $29 million, before reducing the asking price multiple times over the remainder of the decade.
The estimated 32,683-square-foot mansion contains 15 full-size bathrooms, 4 half-bathrooms, a gymnasium, an infinity pool, and a cigar room, among other amenities.
