The start of summer is just around the corner, marked by the 9th annual Mayfestiversary celebration hosted by Begyle Brewing and Dovetail Brewery, which also commemorates Dovetail Brewery’s 10th anniversary.
The festival, which will take place over Memorial Day Weekend, will feature beer, food, music, and camaraderie. Attendees are invited to support The Friendship Center, a neighborhood food pantry that has been serving the Northwest side since 1969.
Expect special beer tappings alongside beloved favorites from both breweries throughout the weekend. The event will also include entertainment from DJs and culinary delights from some of Chicago’s top food trucks. Look forward to 60 different beers, over 13 local bands, nine food vendors, and much more.

The festival is free to attend with a $5 suggested donation that benefits The Friendship Center, their local food pantry that’s been providing groceries and more for their Northside neighbors facing hunger for more than 50 years.
