What will be taking place at this dinner?
For one night only, a progressive dining journey will take you through 20+ installations, featuring small bites and beverage pairings inspired by the art along the way. The evening includes a seated dinner directly within one of the stunning exhibitions. Closed to the public, this is an intimate, immersive experience offering very special access to the space. If you’re not familiar with Chef Norman Fenton, his restaurant Cariño boasts a Michelin Star and he is a James Beard Finalist…so you should definitely come hungry.
What is WNDR Museum?
This multi-sensory experience creates a mesmerizing world where art and technology collide. Expect to be greeted by changing scenes, interactive graphics, and mind-bending displays as you step right inside the installations. As you can imagine, it’s a very Instagrammable space—but that’s about to level up even further on August 22.
What is on the menu?
Expect plenty of surprises throughout the night from Chef Norman Fenton (including a few dishes featuring those iconic Mastercard hues). You’ll be greeted by some smaller bites while you explore the installations, including dishes like a tuna tartlet and various tacos. Once you’ve made it through the exhibition, take your seat and get ready for the feast to continue. Dinner will begin with ceviche, before moving on to ravioli, roasted duck, and more. Plus, there will be some delicious desserts at the end, so be sure to save room!
