Bryson DeChambeau
Bryson DeChambeau leads Crushers GC and brings big energy every time he hits the course. The current U.S. Open champion has become one of golf’s biggest stars with his incredibly popular YouTube stunts, one of which saw him make a hole in one over his own house. His recent win at LIV Golf Korea reaffirmed his status as one of the League’s most dangerous players.
Jon Rahm
Captain Jon Rahm of Legion XIII made waves when he joined LIV Golf in late 2023, becoming the league’s most high-profile signing to date, and he flew out the gate, winning the overall Individual Championship in his debut season. A two-time Masters champion with a dominant all-around game, Rahm brings serious star power and a massive fanbase to every event he plays.
Phil Mickelson
The captain of HyFlyers GC is a true legend of the game, having won six Majors and earned a place in golf’s Hall of Fame. A founding force behind the league, he continues to bring star power and energy to every tournament. See him in Chicago this August!
Joaquín Niemann
Keep an eye on Joaquín Niemann, one of LIV Golf’s brightest young stars. The 26-year-old led the LIV Golf Individual Standings for much of the 2025 season, only to be denied by Rahm right at the end. This season, he’s continued his impressive form and leads the Individual standings at the halfway point of the season, with three wins from the first seven events.
Sergio García
Sergio García is no stranger to the big international stage. A Major winner and Ryder Cup legend, he brings a steady hand and serious swagger to LIV Golf as captain of Fireballs GC. With a recent win under his belt and a career full of top-tier performances, he’s already claimed one LIV Golf Individual title this year—and he’s definitely one to keep an eye on at the LIV Golf Chicago 2025 tournament.
Brooks Koepka
The five-time Major champion and captain of Smash GC is another of golf’s biggest personalities, a star of Netflix’s Full Swing series. He started the LIV Golf season strongly, with a runner-up finish in Singapore and a solid showing in Korea, and headed into the Chicago event with plenty of momentum.
Cameron Smith
Cameron Smith knows how to win in Chicago—he took the title here in 2022. As captain of Ripper GC and a former Open Champion, he brings serious talent and laid-back Aussie charm to the course.
